云母负载纳米二氧化钛的制备及光催化性能 被引量:4

Preparation of TiO_2 film on mica and their photocatalytic activity

摘要 以TiCl4为钛源,NaOH为沉淀剂,采用水解―沉淀法制备出云母负载纳米TiO2光催化剂(TiO2/M),采用TG,XRD,SEM,UV等手段对所制备的粉体进行了性能表征;并以日光色镝灯为光源,研究了催化剂对甲基橙的光降解活性。讨论了材料制备过程中焙烧温度、光催化剂添加量、重复次数对光降解甲基橙活性的影响。结果表明:纳米TiO2物相为锐钛矿相和金红石相混晶,平均晶粒尺寸为10~30 nm,颗粒在云母表面形成均匀牢固的包覆层,制备的云母负载纳米TiO2光催化剂对200~370nm的紫外光有较高的吸收率。经400℃焙烧2 h制备的光催化剂以5 g/L加入时,60 min对甲基橙的降解率达到80%;相同条件下重复利用3次,60 min对甲基橙的降解率仍然可高达49%。 Using TiCl4 as the source of titanium,NaOH as precipitating agent,nano TiO2/mica photocatalyst(TiO2/M) were prepared by method of hydrolysis-precipitation.The as-prepared powders was characterized by means of TG,XRD,SEM and UV method.The solar dysprosium-color light was used as light source to test the photocatalytic activity of the as-prepared powders.The influence of the calcination temperature,adding volume and repetition times on the catalytic activity of photo degradation of methyl orange were also discussed.The results show that the phases of the as-produced powders are mixed crystalline of anatase and rutile,and the average grain size is from 10 nm to 30 nm.TiO2 nanoparticles form a homogeneously fixed coating on the surface of mica.Nano TiO2/mica photocatalyst shows high absorbtion of uv-light from 200 nm to 370 nm.Adding the catalyst calcinated at 400 ℃ for 2 h with concentration of 5 g/L,the photo-degradation rate of methyl orange reachs 80% after 60 min,and the degradation rate of methyl orange is still up to 49% when repeating this process for three times under the same conditions.
