摘要
根据冷凝法油气回收系统的制冷特点,选择不同组成的A,B,C三种油气混合物的凝结曲线进行分析,探讨冷凝法油气回收的规律及油气回收效率。结果表明,油气混合物的组成是影响冷凝法油气回收效率的主要因素,因此应针对油气的特点设计油气回收制冷系统。油气凝结放出的潜热主要是冷负荷,浅冷阶段和深冷阶段的冷负荷较大。基于油气冷负荷的计算结果,探讨采用翅片管式换热器进行油气回收时换热器的结构特点。
Based on the refrigerating characteristics of condensing oil vapor recovery system, the hydrocarbons recovery principles and the condensation efficiency were discussed by numerically analyzing the condensation curves of three various oil vapor-air mixtures. Results showed that the oil vapor recovery rate was mainly depended on the mixture compositions. Therefore, the design of condensing oil vapor recovery equipment should base on the characteristics of oil-gas mixtures. The latent loads from the condensation of oilgas mixture were cooling loads mainly, in which the cooling loads of the shallow cooling stage and the deep cooling stage were relatively heavy. Structure characteristics of fin-tube heat exchangers for condensing oil vapor recovery were discussed based on the calculated data of cooling loads.
