煤柴油加氢裂化装置掺炼重凝析油工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 在中型加氢裂化试验装置上考察了原料中重凝析油掺炼比例对产品分布和产品质量的影响,同时考察了反应温度、体积空速对产品性质的影响。试验结果表明,中海石油炼油化工有限责任公司惠州炼油分公司煤柴油加氢裂化装置掺炼重凝析油可行,随着重凝析油掺入比例增加,工艺参数趋于缓和。适宜的重凝析油掺入比例为8%,煤油馏分烟点可达25 mm以上,冰点小于-60℃,可满足3号喷气燃料要求;柴油馏分硫含量小于10μg/g,十六烷值为57.9,多环芳烃含量为0,可以满足欧V柴油排放标准要求。 The effect of heavy condensate oil blending ratio on the product distributions and product quality was investigated on a hydrocracking pilot plant unit. The influence of reaction temperature and LHSV on the product properties was studied. Test results showed that it was feasible to process feedstocks blended with heavy condensate oil in the MHC unit of Huizhou Refinery. and with the increase of heavy condensate oil blending ratio, the operation conditions became moderate. Under an optimum heavy condensate oil blending ratio of 8%, the smock point of kerosene distillate reached more than 25 mm, its ice point was below -60 ℃, meeting the specifications of 3° jet fuel; the sulfur content of diesel fraction was less than 10 ug/g, with a cetane number of 57.9 and without multi-ring aromatic hydrocarbons, meeting the requirements of European V exhaust standard for diesel fuel.
