摘要
高科技风险企业是风险投资的产物,具有高速成长的特征。在知识经济时代,知识转化与自主技术创新是高科技风险企业成长的催化剂。知识转化通过对自主技术创新的激励而间接地促进了高科技风险企业的成长。基于广东省高技术风险企业的样本数据,经验性的研究揭示了知识转化与自主技术创新的微观路径机理,从而为高科技风险企业的成长提供了策略性的指导。研究表明:知识转化在一定程度上促进了自主技术创新的实现,并间接地促进了高技术风险企业的成长,然而,这种促进功能存在着较大的拓展空间,有待改进与提高。
The high-tech venture is the product of venture capital,and has characteristics of high-speed growth.In the knowledge economy,knowledge transfer and independent technical innovation are the catalyst for the growth of high-tech venture.Knowledge transfer may promote the growth of high-tech venture indirectly by encouraging the independent technical innovation.Based on the sample data of Guangdong Province high-tech venture,empirical research reveals the micro-paths mechanism of knowledge transformation and independent technical innovation,which may provide strategic guidance for the growth of high-tech venture.The results show that： knowledge conversion to some extent promotes the realization of independent technical innovation and promotes the growth of high-tech venture indirectly.However,there is a big improvement room for this kind of promoting function.
