摘要
目的研究绿色荧光蛋白（ＧＦＰ）在哺乳动物细胞中的表达。方法制备了含绿色荧光蛋白基因的重组ＤＮＡ，经脂质体（ｌｉｐｏｆｅｃｔｉｎ）法转染培养的大鼠骨骼肌细胞，用共聚焦显微镜观察ＧＦＰ的表达。结果大约２０％～３０％的骨骼肌细胞呈现不同强度的绿色荧光。结论ＧＦＰ是研究活细胞生命现象的一种新途径。
Objective\ The expression of green fluorescent protein(GFP) in mammalian cells was studied. Methods\ The recombinant DNA containing GFP gene was prepared and transfected into the rat muscle cells in culture using lipofectin method. The expression product of GFP gene was observed by confocal microscope. Results\ About 20% 30% of living muscle cells expresses the product and appears different density of green fluorescent under confocal microscope. Conclusion\ GFP can be used as a new approach for studies of life sciences.
