摘要
目的观察凋亡细胞在骨关节病关节软骨中的分布并探讨凋亡与骨关节病的关系。方法用原位杂交及原位末端标记技术，对临床经过石蜡包埋的骨关节病关节软骨标本定位检测Ｘ型胶原表达及凋亡。结果关节软骨损伤后，出现软骨退变变性，簇集软骨细胞群表达Ｘ型胶原（似肥大软骨细胞），同时存在凋亡。结论凋亡可能在骨关节病发病机制中起重要作用，与骨关节病预后关系密切。
Objective To investigate the distribution of apoptosis in osteoarthritis and the relationbetween apoptosis and osteoarthritis. Methods The cartilage tissue of osteoarthritis was used to detect theexpression of collagen type X and apoptosis by in situ hybridization and in situ end labeling(ISEL). ResultsAfter articular cartilage injury, the degeneration and denature of the cartilage occurred, and the cluster ex-pressed collagen type X (like hypertrophic chondrocyte)and apoptosis appeared. Conclusion Apoptosismay play a key role in the pathogenesis and prognosis of osteoarthritis.[
