后路椎弓根钉-棒系统内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨后路椎弓根钉-棒系统内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院自2007年6月至2010年2月采用后路椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗的腰椎爆裂骨折患者30例的临床资料。对患者的术后的椎体高度、Cobb角(后凸畸形)和神经功能(Frankel分级)恢复情况进行分析。结果所有患者经过6～24个月随访,术后无继发截瘫,无内固定失败及并发症,压缩椎体高度平均恢复39.8°,畸形角较术前改善18.7°,13例神经功能恢复至D级和E级。结论后路椎弓根钉-棒系统内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折相对完善,有利于矫正畸形,促进神经功能恢复,并发症少。
