摘要
详细推导了电液负载仿真台多余力的数学模型,理论分析了影响多余力的各种因素,仿真分析了加载系统总流量泄漏系数和舵机的角位移对多余力的影响,提出了在加载马达两负载腔之间安装连通孔和同步补偿消除多余力的方案,并通过实验,验证了该方案对消除多余力的有效性.
The mathematics model for the extra force of electrical liquid load emulating platform is deduced in detail. Many factors influencing extra force are analyzed theoretically. The influences of leakage coefficient of loading system total flow and the angle disposition of rudder on extra force are analyzed by means of elimination. According to the analyses, a scheme, which a connecting hole is added to the two loading cavities of loading motor and synchronal compensation, to eliminate extra force is made out. The effectiveness of this method for eliminating extra force is validated through experiment.
