摘要 介绍了新研制的智能型空压机节能与监控、保护综合装置的组成及工作原理,主要功能与技术特点,软硬件的设计与关键技术问题所采取的技术措施等内容。 Abstract - This paper introduced a software and hardware structure and working principle of the comprehensive energy saving, measuring and protection device which is recently developed with a leading level in China for a air compressor. The device is consisted of two parts, a control box with a pressure decreased and energy saving technology and an intelligent controller with a PC computer. The device can make the air compressor to have an auto control of a full pressure operation and an idle energy saving operation, on/off control, preswitch during the operation, intime measurement of pressure, temperature, current and other parameters, mammary of fault information, 11 automatic protections, five displays and other comprehensive functions. The practice operations shown that the idle current was reduced by 433 %, the energy saving rate of the idle operation was up to 335 % and the energy consumption of the idle operation was reduced by 605 %. Experts in China hold that the device is a new development in China with a domestic leading level.
