摘要
实行多碎少磨，可以提高磨矿机处理能力，降低能耗和钢耗，提高企业经济效益．本文介绍了多碎少磨的理论基础，实现多碎少磨的途径，国内外典型的工艺实践，并对金堆城卅亩地选厂、金川二选厂等，降低破碎产品粒度进行了可行性分析。
Practising crush more and grind less can raise the capacity of mill,reduce the consumption of steel and energy, and improve economic benefit of enterprise. This paper introduces the theory and the way of crush more and grind less, andapplication home and abroad. The feasibility of reducing product size of crushing in Jinduicheng Sanshimudi concentrator and Jinchuan the second concentrator are analysed also.
