摘要
采用IMP软件对不同结构形式的螺杆进行了模拟。针对该模拟软件的可靠性,设计了实验进行验证,并将实验结果与模拟结果进行对比,验证了该软件模拟的可靠性。然后采用该软件对不同结构注塑螺杆的塑化过程进行了模拟,该方法可以避免大量纷繁复杂的实验过程而获得规律性的结论。为了研究螺杆计量段槽深和导程对建压能力的影响,分别对不同槽深及不同导程的螺杆进行了模拟,得到不同螺杆结构的沿程压力,通过分析沿程压力曲线及压力梯度,得出螺杆计量段槽深和导程与建压能力的关系。结果表明,槽深和导程越小,螺杆的建压能力越强。
In this paper, we use IMP software to simulate different screws. First, we have designed experiments to verify the reliability of the simulation software. And by the comparison between the experiment results and the simulation results, we have verified that the software is accurate and reliable, then we can use the software to simulate the plasticizing process of different screws, and we can avoid doing a great deal of complicated experiments to obtain regular results. For studying the effects of metering depth and metering pitch on building pressure of screws, we have simulated some screws which are different in metering depth or metering pitch. And we get the pressure along the screws. By analyzing the pressure curve along the screws or the pressure gradient, we get the relations between the metering depth and the pressure-developing capability, or the relations between the metering pitch and the pressure-developing capability. The results showed that the smaller depth or pitch gives the stronger pressure-developing capability.
