摘要
目的探讨异位妊娠早期诊断与治疗。方法分析186例异位妊娠患者的临床症状、体征,辅助检查在诊断中的作用。结果本组病例均有不规则阴道流血的临床表现。腹部无症状者28例患者因不规则阴道流血就诊,经HCG测定和B超检查,得到早期诊断和治疗。结论异位妊娠要抓住早期诊断,务必详细询问病史,特别是无腹部症状的阴道不规则流血等不典型症状不能忽视。HCG测定,B超检查在诊断中具有重要作用。
Objective：A explore of early diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Method Analysis the diagnosis of 186 cases of ectopic pregnancy in patients with clinical symptoms and signs,laboratory examinations. Result All patients had clinical manifestations of irregular vaginal bleeding. Abdominal symptoms in 28 patients because of irregular vaginal bleeding treatment,measured by the HCG and B-ultrasound,get early diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion Diagnose of the early ectopic pregnancy,be sure to detailed history,especially the non-abdominal symptoms such as irregular vaginal bleeding is not typical symptoms can not be ignored. HCG measurement,B-ultrasound has an important role in the diagnosis.
