摘要
专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)是一种针对性很强、应用于一些特殊场合的集成电路,数字密码锁是一种应用十分广泛的安全产品,它操作方便、体积小,比机械式密码锁更受欢迎,适合于使用专用集成电路进行设计;介绍了Tanner Pro集成电路设计工具的流程,并使用该工具,采用基于标准单元的半定制设计方法,进行了数字密码锁专用集成电路的前端电路设计和后端版图设计,得到了一种实用的数字密码锁专用集成电路的电路原理图、波形仿真结果及其后端版图方案。
ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit) is a sort of integrated Circuit of high pertinence,and has been used in some specific situation.The digital electronic lock is a secure product which has the characteristics of handled easily,small size,it is well received by people and is proper to be designed by ASIC.In this paper,we introduced the flow of using Tanner Pro tools and designed a sort of practical digital electronic lock using the Tanner Pro tools and by the standard cell methods.We obtain the schematics,the waveform and layout of this digital electronic lock.
