摘要
对比分析了美国和苏联关于管道水压试验操作规程的两个标准:ASME标准和SNIP标准,总结了二者在地区等级划分、试验压力选择、试压分段长度、试压操作步骤等方面的差异。ASME标准依据管道沿线的人口稠密程度划分地区等级,SNIP标准则依据管道周边的建筑设施和管道穿跨越地区的具体情况划分地区等级。ASME标准基于输送介质的不同选择水压试验压力,SNIP标准则基于管道用途选择水压试验压力。另外,ASME标准规定:试压分段长度一般为30km;在注水升压阶段,ASME标准规定进行"双减压"试验或根据升压用水体积和升压数值绘制p-V图;ASME标准规定在严密性试验期间需考虑管内水温变化对压力的影响,但SNIP标准中则没有这些规定。
ASME code and SNIP standard for pipeline pressure test applied in U.S.and the former Soviet Union are respectively compared and analyzed.The difference of two standards in the aspects of regional level classification,determination of test pressure,length of pipeline section and pressure test procedure are summarized.The regional level classification is decided according to the population density along the pipeline in ASME code,while it is based on the specific circumstances of building facilities and pipeline crossing region around the pipeline in SNIP standard.The testing pressure is selected based on the different mediums transported in ASME code.However,the pressure is determined based on the usage of the pipeline in SNIP standard.In addition.ASME code regulates that the pipeline length in hydrotest is normally 30 km.and the 'double pressure-reduction' test is carried out or p-V diagram is drawn according to the consumed water volume and the increased pressure value during pressure elevating stage.And the influence of pipeline pressure induced by water temperature variation should be considered during tightness test period.However,those are not stated in SNIP standard.
