摘要
本文对“国际水文十年”和“国际水文计划”在过去25年里的主要科学成就进行了综述。对“十年”和“计划”发展各阶段的特点也有阐述。最后,对这项国际合作计划的科学进展问题谈了几点认识。
In this paper a general survey is given on the main scientific achievements of the International Hydrological Decade and the International Hydrological Programme in the past 25 years. Attention is also paid to the characteristics of every step of the IHD/IHP development. In conclusion a few remarks upon the scientific progress of IHD and IHP are made.
