摘要
目的:观察针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法:针灸推拿组90例采用针灸和推拿治疗,针灸组90例只用针灸治疗。结果:针灸组和针灸推拿组总有效率分别为96.7%、100%,治疗后第8个月的复发率分别为9.4%、4.5%,治疗后第18个月的复发率分别为29.2%、15.2%,两组痊愈显效率与复发率比较有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病近期和远期疗效均优于单用针灸治疗。
Objective：To investigate the curative effects of Acupuncture and massage on Vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy.Method：One hundred and eighty patients were randomly divided for treatment into an acupuncture ＋ massage group and a simple acupuncture group.Results：The total effective rate was 96.7%,100% respectively during a simple acupuncture group and an acupuncture ＋ massage group;The recurrence rates during 8 months after treatment were 9.4%,4.5% respectively;The recurrence rates during 18 months after treatment were 29.2%%,15.2% respectively;There was a significant difference in cure and marked effectiveness rate between the acupuncture ＋ massage group and the simple acupuncture group（P0.01）.Conclusion：The short-term and long-term effects in the acupuncture ＋ massage group are superior to those in the simple acupuncture group.
