摘要
介绍了中国重型机械研究院有限公司研制的LXZM46矿渣立磨机的工作原理、技术参数及其优化设计。该立磨集烘干、粉磨、分级多重功能于一体,体积紧凑、振动小、无粉尘外逸、生产噪音低、电耗低、单机生产能力大,适用于高炉矿渣和水泥熟料的粉磨。设备采用高度模块化结构,以充分实现机件的可互换性;智能化的控制系统,可使操作、维护简便。
This paper introduce the operating principle,technical parameters and optimal design of LXZM46 mill that was designed by China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co.,Ltd..The vertical mill has the multiple functions including drying,grinding and filtration with small volume,small vibration,little remission of dust,low production noise,low power consumption and large single production capacity.Therefore,it can be applied for the grinding of blast furnace slag and concrete clinker.The mill adopts a high modular structure to achieve the interchangeability of parts and the intellectualized control system can make the operation easier and more convenient.
