摘要
以贵阳奥体中心主体育场工程为背景,针对空间钢管桁架屋盖受拉上弦相贯节点,进行足尺节点极限承载力破坏试验。对节点试验过程和破坏现象进行了深入研究,分析了各加载阶段相贯节点的应力分布情况及整个加载过程塑性区的开展过程,结合有限元分析对空间相贯节点破坏机理进行分析研究,并应用有限元软件模拟试验加载过程进行非线性计算,分析节点破坏准则。按提出的节点设计承载力准则判定节点设计承载力,并与规范计算值进行比较。针对规范主弦杆受拉则不考虑主弦杆轴力变化对节点承载力的影响,进行主弦杆轴力变化对节点承载力影响的非线性有限元分析,并与规范计算值比较。研究表明,无论支弦杆受拉或受压,随主弦杆拉力的增加,节点承载力逐渐降低。
The damage test of ultimate bearing capacity for the full-scale joint of large diameter penetrated pipes with chord bearing tension was performed for the steel roof of the main stadium in Guiyang Olympic Sports Center.For the sake of further research on test process and damage phenomenon of the joint,both the damage pattern and the damage determination criteria of this type of joint were determined by analyzing the stress distribution of penetrated joint during each loading step and the plastic zone development process during the whole loading process,as well as studying the damage mechanics of spatial penetrated joint using finite element analysis(FEA).The design bearing capacity of this joint with chord bearing tension was studied through experiment,compared to the results from the local code and FEA,using the design bearing capacity criteria.The effect of the chord tension on the bearing capacity of the spatial penetrated joint were studied by FEA,the local code and the design bearing capacity criteria.The results show that the bearing capacity decreases gradually with the tension of chord increasing.
