摘要
对城市供水业务管理中所涉及的主要内容进行了研究，一方面用计算机对供水系统产生的大量技术、经济数据建立数据库，做到随时按要求进行统计汇总等；另一方面对该系统进行综合利用，为各层次的决策提供支持。本管理系统把一个城市供水业务信息分三级进行管理，用热线电话对外接待全市用户，最基层的各业务管理及时记录各种信息，同时又作为远程结点，采用Ｍｏｄｅｍ拨号方式与上两级调度中心互联，实现三级的远程通讯连接。
The major components in management system for city water supply were studied. A database dealing with technical and economic data in the city water supply was set up by using computer. The database can satisfy the needs on information collection and statistics. To use the database comprehensively provided support for decision making at all management levels. In this system, information on water supply was divided into three levels to carry out management. A hot line telephone was used as external reception of city customs, a computer located in lowest level was used bo record all information. Meanwhile, as remote distance node, each computer was connected with another two levels by the mode of dealing with Modem. Long distance communication among each level was realized.
