钢管脚手架扣件节点的转动刚度试验和计算模型 被引量:19

摘要 进行了扣件式钢管脚手架节点半刚性性能的实验研究,提出了节点的半刚性计算模型。研究表明扣件节点竖直平面内的力矩—转角关系呈现明显的非线性特性,而水平面内的力矩—转角呈线性特性。数值算例表明,本文得到的扣件节点的半刚性计算模型,可以推广应用到扣件式钢管脚手架体系的设计和计算中。 Experimental and analytical studies are presented in this paper on the semi-rigid characteristics of right-angle couplers of tubular steel scaffolds,and a semi-rigid calculation model of this connection is proposed.The results show that the relationship between the moment and the angle of rotation is nonlinear when a coupler connection rotates in the vertical plane,while in the horizontal plane the relationship is linear.Furthermore,the calculation model turned out to be accurate enough,for the numerical results and the data of experiments are well-matched.So,the conclusions and the model in this paper can be applied to the design and calculation of coupler-style tubular steel scaffold.
