摘要
在9Cr2Mo钢轧辊局部缺陷冷焊焊缝中,研究了焊态显微组织。经光镜观察及X射线荧光、电子探针、透射电镜等分析表明,在平均合碳量为0.65%~0.7%的高碳焊缝中,利用Nb,Ti,V及RE变质作用,可促进碳化物呈球块状大量弥散析出,造成基体的低碳成分,使焊缝室温组织为:低碳马氏体+球块状碳化物+少量残余奥氏体。这一组织在保证高硬度、高耐磨的条件下有利于改善焊缝韧性及抗裂性。
The effect of microstructure on the property of cold-welding metal on 9Cr2Mo roll is studied. By X-ray fluorescence, electron microprobe and TEM analysing,it is indicated that, by useing Nb, Ti, V and RE as modifying agent in high carbon welding metal, lots of fine carbides precipitated dispersly, and base microstructure come to be' carbon poor' state, so base microstructure transformed to be low carbon martensite, which improve the toughness of the cold-welding metal.
