课堂公平:基于性别文化的研究

摘要 课堂公平是教育公平的主要内容。性别文化下的课堂公平,是指两性在课堂教学中具有平等的课堂学习身份,公平地享受课堂资源,公平地获得课堂评价。我国传统性别文化是导致两性在课堂教学中遭遇不平等的重要根源。建构课堂公平需转变传统的性别观念,以新型性别文化理念为指导,解构与重构课堂中的性别结构,使课堂资源面向所有学生、建立科学合理的课堂教学评价体系,性别不再是课堂资源、课堂评价的依据。 Class fair is the main content of education fair. According to Class fair under sex culture, both sexes have equal learning status in classroom teaching, enjoy classroom resources fairly, and obtain the classroom appraisal fairly. Our traditional sex culture is the important root of the ineuality of two sexes in classroom teaching. The construction of class fair demands the transformation of the traditional sex conception, the guidance of new sex culture, and the reconstruction of the sex structure in class. In this way, a scientific and reasonable appraisal system of classroom teaching will be established to make sure that the class resources face all students, sex no longer being the basis of classroom resources, and classroom appraisal.
