摘要
从对转无刷直流电动机的基本原理出发,利用其数学模型建立Matlab仿真模型。采用传统双闭环的控制策略,位置检测方法分别采用无位置传感器和有位置传感器的检测方法,并进行仿真分析比较。无位置传感器检测方法简单易行,节约了成本,转速超调量较小,但电磁转矩在起动过程中脉动较大、调整时间较长,转速调整时间较长及起动运行速度较慢;有位置传感器检测,电磁转矩在起动过程中脉动较小、调整时间较短,转速调整时间较短及起动运行速度较快,但转速超调量较大,在实际应用中增大了系统体积,增加了成本。两种方法各有利弊,为以后针对不同对象采取合适的位置检测方法奠定了基础。
Based on the theory and the actual model of counter rotating permanent magnet brushless DC motors,a simulation model was constructed in Matlab.With the traditional double-loop control strategy,two position detection methods were proposed for comparative analysis,one is of position sensorless,the other is with position sensor.The former is easy,money-saving and its speed overshooting is smaller,while electromagnetic torque pulse is bigger,the response is slower and it needs longer time to start and it needs less time to start and to adjust.In the latter method,its overshooting is bigger and its volume and cost are increased in the actual process,although it remains small torque pulse,fast response and quick start.Different methods with their advantages and disadvantages lay foundation for the choice of appropriate detection methods for different objects.
