摘要
目的探讨锝标记二巯基丁二酸钠[99mTc(v)DMS]单光子发射计算机断层仪(SPECT)平面显像对卵巢癌的诊断价值。方法对37例疑为卵巢癌的患者,静脉1次注射99mTc(v)DMS,然后进行SPECT平面显像,观察病灶区放射性浓聚情况,并计算T/B比值,同时与手术病理结果对比。结果SPECT平面显像对卵巢癌诊断的灵敏度、特异度和准确度分别是91.3%、71.4%和83.8%;卵巢癌T/B值明显高于良性卵巢肿瘤(P<0.05),但不同病理类型卵巢癌之间,其T/B值并不存在显著差异(P>0.05)。结论99mTc(v)DMSSPECT平面显像能够鉴别卵巢肿瘤的性质,有助于卵巢癌的早期诊断,但不能区分卵巢癌的病理类型。
ObjectiveTo investigate the diagnostic value of Technetium99m(V) Labelled Dimercaptosuccinic Acidic Sodium [ 99m Tc(V) DMS] SPECT image in ovarian cancer. Methods37 women suspected of bearing ovarian cancer were studied. 99m Tc(V) DMS was administrated i.v one time, and then SPECT imaging was performed, followed by the radionuclide accumulation observation and the T/B value calculation. ResultsThe sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of 99m Tc(V) DMS SPECT imaging for ovarian cancer was 91.3 %, 71.4 %, 83.8 %, respectively. The T/B value of malignant tumor was significantly higher than that of benign tumor, but there were no significant differences in T/B value among the ovarian cancer of different pathologic types. Conclusion 99m Tc(V) DMS SPECT imaging may distinguish ovarian cancer from benign tumors, and be helpful for the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
