伤残食指移位再造拇指 被引量:3

摘要 目的利用伤残的、不具备带神经血管束或静脉条件的食指进行移位,探讨再造拇指的方式。方法1987年4月~1997年10月,根据6例不同平面拇指缺损及手合并损伤的不同情况,分别设计了三种食指移位再造拇指:①剔除近节指骨的食指移位;②带食指掌侧神经血管束及手背侧皮肤的食指移位;③带复合组织蒂的食指移位。结果6例再造的拇指全部成活。经术后6个月~2年随访,均恢复了捏物、夹持功能及不同程度的感觉。结论此方法利用了伤残的食指移位再造拇指,具有操作简便,成活率高,且可获得一定功能等特点,进一步扩大了食指移位再造拇指的适应证。 Objective In order to inquire the methods of thumb reconstruction by transferring the index finger with incomplete conditions of nerve or blood vessels. Methods From April 1987 to October 1997, 6 cases were treated by 3 kinds of operative methods according to the demage type of thumb and complicatious injures of the rest of hand:①transferring the index finger with pedicle without proximal phalanx, ②transferring the index finger with palmar nerve and blood vessels, and dorsal skin pedicle, ③transferring the index finger with compound pedicle.Results All 6 cases of thumb reconstruction were successful. Followed up 6 months to 2 years, the pinching and gribing functions in 6 cases were completely recovered, and the sensation were partly recovered.Conclusion The operative method of thumb reconstruction had following advantages:Simple operation, high survival rate and certain function recovery. It can enlarge the indications of thumb reconstruction.
