摘要
以1%的醋酸溶液为涂膜剂的溶剂系统,1.5%壳聚糖、0.35%的NaCl、2%吐温-80为涂膜剂的基础配料,考察不同紫草素添加量对紫草涂膜剂抗油脂氧化性能的影响。以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、根霉、毛霉等为指示菌,考察不同紫草素添加量对紫草涂膜剂抑菌活性的影响。结果表明,紫草素添加量为0.15%时,紫草涂膜剂抗氧保鲜作用最佳。
In this essay,1 % acetic acid solution was used in the solvent system for the plastic,1.5 % Chitosan,0.35 % NaCl,2 % Tween-80 were the ingredients for the plastic.It studied the effect of different alkannin content on the oil antioxidant of the Lithospermum plastic.E.coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Rhizopus,Mucor,etc.were the indicators.This essay investigated the effect of different alkannin content on bacteriostatic activity of the Lithospermum plastic.The results showed that the alkannin content was 0.15 %,the Lithospermum plastic had the best antioxidant and refreshing activity.
