摘要
目的探讨岩斜区表皮样囊肿的临床表现、影像学特征及经改良颞下岩骨嵴入路切除此类肿瘤的可行性。方法回顾性分析10例岩斜区表皮样囊肿患者采用改良经颞下岩骨嵴入路的治疗情况。结果肿瘤全切除8例,近全切除2例,无手术死亡病例。结论改良经颞下岩骨嵴入路创伤小、操作简便、暴露充分,可适用于岩斜区表皮样囊肿的手术切除。
Objective To investigate the clinical manifestation, imaging character of petroclival epidermoid cysts, and the feasibility of removing through modified subtemporal transpetrosal ridge approach （STA）. Methods The treatment of 10 cases petroclival epidermoid cysts which resected through modified STA were analyzed retrospectively. Results Total resection was achieved in 8 of 10 cases and subtotal resection in 2 of 10 cases. There was no operative patient death. Conclusion The modified STA was introduced to remove petroclival epidermoid cysts with the minimal invasive, simple and sufficient exposure character.
