心力衰竭并心房纤颤患者血浆氨基末端脑利钠肽前体水平的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察急性心力衰竭患者血浆氨基末端脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的水平及其与心房纤颤的关系。方法 60例急性心力衰竭患者按房颤、窦性心率分组,采用免疫荧光法测定血浆NT-proBNP水平。结果急性心力衰竭合并房颤组患者血浆NT-proBNP水平明显高于窦性心率组(P<0.05)。结论急性心力衰竭患者的NT-proBNP水平,合并房颤者比窦性心率者高,且与左房内径有明显相关性。
