摘要
采用ＳＤＳ—ＰＡＧＥ不连续缓冲系统凝胶进行电泳，测得蚯蚓纤溶酶分子量为２８８４０Ｄ，并对家兔实验性血栓进行溶栓效果观察，结果显示０．１ｍｇ／ｍｌ的纤溶酶在８ｈｒ内可完全溶解３ｃｍ长的栓子。
The molecular weight of thrombolytic enzyme from earthworm is 28840D. It is deter mined by electrophorisis in polyacrylanide gel with sodium dodecyl sulfate.The results of dissoving experimental thrombus from rabbit blood show 0.10 mgmL-1 thrombolytic enzyme can dissove all thrombus of 3 cm.long within 8 h.
