摘要
以三氯氧磷和环氧丙烷为原料,先合成磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯(TCPP),再在碱性催化剂作用下,进行双分子缩聚,合成一种新型高效阻燃剂四(2-氯丙基)-1-甲基-1,2-亚乙基双磷酸酯。对TCPP的缩合反应的机理及条件进行了探讨。结果表明,当反应温度为180℃,反应时间为7.0 h,催化剂用量1.2%时,产物收率可达90.6%。
1-Methyl-l,2-ethylene bis[di(2-chloropropyl) phosphate], a new kind tardant, was synthesized by bimolecular condensation of tris(2-chloropropyl) p sing an alkaline catalyst, raw materials.
