The reform of vocational college personnel training program accordance with the ＂employment and service-oriented＂ should explore and practice the following areas： determine the scientific objectives of the personnel training; build professional competence-oriented curriculum system; reform of curricula and course content; improve the conditions of school; innovative teaching regulatory mechanism.
