摘要
陕西省承接服务外包既面临着国外服务外包城市的竞争,也面临着国内其他基地省市的激烈竞争。本文通过因子分析方法将陕西与其他10个服务外包基地省市软件外包竞争力进行横向比较,指出陕西软件外包产业的优势与不足,并在此基础上提出增强陕西软件外包基地竞争力的政策建议,以期对促进陕西软件产业的发展有所帮助。
For attracting service outsoucing, Shaanxi is encountering sever competition nationally and international. The paper points out the advantages and the disadvantages of Shaanxi＇s soft outsoucing industry, by comparing the competitiveness of it to other ten ＂services outsoucing base cites＂ using factor analysis method, then proposes some suggestions about strengthening Shaanxi＇s software industry competence, which may be helpful to Shaanxi＂ soft industry.
