摘要
构建有效的创新及应用能力培养模式是工程硕士教育的当务之急。文章在界定工程硕士创新能力和应用能力内涵的基础上,分析了工程硕士创新及应用能力培养模式的构成要素,剖析了工程硕士创新及应用能力培养中存在的问题,在此基础上,构建了工程硕士创新及应用能力培养模式,并提出了模式运行的保障措施。
The construction of an effective innovation and application ability training model is the top priority of Master of Engineering Education. This article based on the defination of Master of Engincering＇s innovation and application ability, analyzed the elements of master of engineering＇s innovation and application ability training model; further more, analyzed the problems existing in Master of Engineering＇s innovation and application ability training model, on this basis, constructed the model for Master of Engineering＇s innovation and application ability training, as well as the providing of the safeguards proposal for the operation of the mode.
