摘要
窄煤柱护巷、复合顶板、“三软”煤层等困难条件下的煤巷锚杆支护在开滦矿区占有较大比重。通过总结开滦钱家营矿煤巷锚杆支护的工程实践经验和研究结果,提出了困难条件下煤巷锚杆支护的顶板控制技术。
AbstractThis paper
introduced a research achievement of a seam roadway bolt support system applied in Kailuan
Mine Construction under a narrow coal pillar, composite roof, three soft seam and other difficult
conditions. After the practices of roof bolt support system in IV and V type mine roadways of
Qianjiaying Mine, the roof support method was based on the theoretical calculation, experience
method and engineering classification method, and the primary design can not be calculated
with the computer date simulation method under the difficult conditions. According to the
practice conditions in Qianjiaxing Mine, a theoretical calculation method was used to design the
bolt support for the primary design. The processing was including ground stress measurement,
geological mechanism evaluation, determination of the technical parameter for the bolt support,
then the roof stability data measured at the mine site. In the final, the primary design was
revised and the bolt support in the mine seam roadway can be effectively to control the roof
under the difficult conditions.
