摘要
印刷线路板混合废水,成分复杂多样,水质波动比较大,单一的处理方式很难达到完全处理的目的,实验采用微电解/双氧水/混凝的预处理模式,将重金属离子去除至1mg/L以下,总COD去除70%左右,BOD/COD由0.30提高至0.60以上,废水出水达到无色透明,出水水质稳定。
It is very difficult for normal process to treat the printed circuit board mixed wastewater with complex water quality. In this paper, it introduces an expertment adopted the pretreatment Model of Microelectrolysis- H2O2-coagulative Sedimentation. The experimental results show that when the heavy metal ions is removed to Irng/L, and the removal rate of COD is raised to above 70%, the BOD/COD ratio increases from 0.30 to above 0.60. The experiment result indicates that the treated water is stable colorless transparent.
