摘要
本文根据逐次渐近法(DPSA)的思想,把N库问题分解为在每次迭代中求解单库问题,进而求解了一个水库群长期联合优化调度。本方法还可以考虑径流的时空相关性,使所求水库的最优放水策略是该库蓄水量和其它电站总出力的函数。该方法被用于求解广东电力系统七库联合优化调度取得了满意的数值结果。
A practical problem of the long-term joint optimal dispatching of multireservoir systems is solved in this paper. By the principle of the stochastic dynamic programming with succesive approximation (DPSA), the method breaks N stations problem into one station problem at each iteration. The correlations both in space and in time may be taken into account by this method to some degree and the release policy obtained for each station is a function of its water content and the total power output of the rest stations. The method is applied to a problem with seven stations in Guangdong electric system and the numerical results are encouraging.
