摘要
为了探讨低剂量电离辐射对离体LAK细胞抑瘤作用的影响,采用不同剂量X线照射自荷瘤小鼠脾脏分离的LAK细胞,将照射后的细胞进行培养扩增后观察其对小鼠种植性肿瘤的抑制作用。结果表明,低剂量电离辐射对LAK细胞具有诱导细胞扩增及增加活性的作用,可提高LAK细胞对肿瘤细胞的抑制活性,照射剂量以3.25mGy为佳。
To study the influence of low dose ionized radiation to LAK cells in vitro,LAK cells derived from spleen of tumor bearing mouse were irradiated with different dosages of Xray.Its suppress activities to the implanted tumor were observed.The results showed that a low dose ionized radiation improved the tumor suppress activity of LAK cells,induced cell amplification and increased cell activities.A dosage of 3.25 mGy may be suitable.
