青年性乳腺癌的CR钼靶诊断分析

摘要 目的分析青年性乳腺癌的CR钼靶影像,以提高诊断率。方法回顾性分析27例经手术病理证实的青年乳腺癌患者CR钼靶征象。结果 27例中发现肿块18例,单纯肿块12例,肿块伴微小钙化5例,肿块伴异常血管1例;毛刺肿块9例,分叶肿块5例,模糊肿块4例;单纯微小钙化2例;结构扭曲4例;片状阴影3例。CR钼靶X线诊断准确率85%。结论结构紊乱和不规则片状阴影是青年性乳腺癌误诊主要原因。
