摘要
地理信息系统(GIS)是对数字空间信息具有存贮、操作、分析、建立模型和绘图作用的电脑软件包,近年来地理信息系统在公共卫生领域中得到了广泛应用,EHR是居民电子健康档案系统,是以居民个人健康为核心、贯穿整个生命过程、涵盖各种健康相关因素、实现信息多渠道动态收集、满足居民自身需要和健康管理的信息资源,旨在充分挖掘区域电子健康档案的数据价值,并介绍如何多维地利用GIS系统进行数据展现,对疾控的慢病指导工作及辖区内"责任片医"的随访工作作出有益探索。
Geography information system （GIS） is a computer package, which functions in storage, operation, analysis, modeling, and drawing for digital space information, and is widely used in the public health domain. EHR is the resident＇ s electronic health file system, which takes the resident＇ s health as core, penetrates the entire life, covers every relevant health element, realizes the dynamic information collection in various channels, and satisfies the resident＇ s self demand and information resource of health management, in order to mine the data value of regional electronic health file, and introduce how to make use of GIS to show data multi-dimensionally, which makes the beneficial exploration for guiding work of chronic disease control and follow-up visit work for ＂responsibility of regional doctor＂ within the domain.
