摘要
医院远程手术示教系统是利用计算机网络视频通信技术,对临床诊断或手术现场的画面影像进行全程实时记录和远程传输,使之用于远程教学、远程观摩、远程诊断等的视频通信系统。系统充分整合了IP网络、视频、存储、信息等领域的技术,通过一个综合视频处理、视频交换与视频传输平台完成了医院医疗视频教学、医疗视频远程观摩、远程医疗会诊、医院视频监控等的综合应用。提高了医院的医疗资源利用率和工作效率,开创医疗信息化的新领域。
The hospital telesurgery training system makes the whole real-time record and teletransmission for clinical diagnosis or image of surgery scene by communication technology of computer network video, in order to be applied in the video communication system, such as the teleeducation, teleinspection, and telediagnosis, etc. The system fully integrates technologies in IP network, video, storage, and information, etc., and realizes the comprehensive application of hospital＇ s medical video education, medical video teleinspection, telemedical consultation, and hospital video supervision, etc., through the comprehensive video processing, video exchange, and video transmission platform. It enhances the utilization ratio and work efficiency of hospital＇ s medical resources, and creates new field of medical information.
