摘要
研究了陶粒体积掺量、砂率、用水量以及粉煤灰替代率对陶粒混凝土强度的影响;设计了陶粒混凝土中型砌块的主块块型,理论计算了采用主块块型砌筑的围护结构热阻和砌块的强度。结果表明:影响陶粒混凝土强度的主要因素是混凝土中陶粒的掺量,次要因素有砂率、用水量和粉煤灰的替代率;推荐配合比为:水泥∶粉煤灰∶陶粒∶砂∶水∶减水剂=1∶0.67∶2.11∶1.52∶0.48∶0.018(质量比)。此时混凝土具有承重和保温能力。
The influence of mix volume amount of ceramisite,sand rate,water consumption and replacement rate of fly ash on ceramisite concrete strength is researched,and the block type is designed also.The thermal resistance and block strength of enclosure structure built with main block type is calculated theoretically.The results show that the amount of ceramisite is the main factor to influence concrete strength,while the secondary factors are: sand rate,water consumption and replacement rate of fly ash.The recommended mix proportion is that cement:fly ash:ceramisite:sand:water:water reducing agent is equal to 1∶ 0.67∶ 2.13∶ 1.52∶ 0.48∶ 0.018,then concrete has excellent bearing and insulation performance.
