摘要
黄冈河大堤是一宗典型的独流入海河流防洪、防潮工程,由海堤与内河防洪堤组成,其洪潮水面线推算中起推流量与起推水位的确定,囊括了水文水利分析计算中设计洪水推算、调洪演算、洪水组合分析、潮汐分析、洪潮组合分析、天然河道水面线推算等内容,还包含有汇流历时分析、桥梁(墩)壅水计算等技术难点。这一系列的分析推算工作,及其在黄冈河大堤加固达标工程中的应用,具有示范案例作用,可作为其他沿海地区类似工程的参考。
Huanggang River Embankment is a typical flood & tide protection project for the river flowing alone into the sea, consisting of a sea levee and an inland river flood levee. In the calculation of the flood-tide water surface profile, the confirmation of initial push flow and initial push level need conduct design flood calculation, flood regulation calculation, flood combinatorial analysis, tide analysis, flood-tide combinatorial analysis, calculation of natural river water surface profile as well as some technical difficulties such as conflux diachrony and calculation of bridge/pier backwater. The series of calculations and their application in the Huanggang River Embankment Reinforcement Project can set an example for similar projects in other coastal areas.
