摘要
通过对沈阳地区经济发展现状的分析,提出低碳建筑的概念,剖析发展低碳建筑存在的具体问题,从建筑企业和政府两个角度,提出解决这些问题的具体措施。
Through the analysis of current economic development in Shenyang,puts forward the concept of low-carbon buildings,analyzes the specific problems existed in low-carbon buildings development,proposes specific solutions to solve these issues in terms of both construction companies and the government.
