摘要
以利比亚建筑市场为例,在充分了解多个施工项目现状的基础上,对各施工企业均面临的成本控制、国际规范应用、原材料采购、图纸审批、施工人员入境等问题进行分析。在此基础上,结合当前各施工企业已采取的一些措施,提出解决各种问题的建议。
This paper,taking the Libyan construction market for example,analyzes the problems faced by the contractors,such as cost control,international specification application,material procurement,drawing approval,working visa application based on full knowledge of present situation of several construction projects,puts forward some suggestions on how to solve these problems in combination with the measures adopted in current different construction companies.
