摘要
根据住宅工程分户验收制度的实施情况及存在的问题,提出"住户见证验收"制度的可行性和必要性,讨论该制度下参与住户的选择、实施准备和实施程序,分析该制度应注意的问题和意义。
According to the implementation status and the existing problems of household acceptance,points out the feasibility and necessity of the housing sub-verification system,discusses some issues about participant family selection,implementation preparation and procedure,and analyzes some problems and importance deserving to pay attention.
