摘要
随着国有企业改制的进行,国有大型建筑企业母公司空壳化问题日益凸显,尤其是建筑企业进行分拆上市后,如何发挥企业集团的协同优势与规模效应,成为影响国有大型建筑企业快速、持续发展的重要问题。从当前国有建筑企业面临的问题出发,结合国外大型建筑企业的组织模式,提出解决国有大型建筑企业空壳化问题的有效途径,并选取黑龙江某国有建筑集团作为案例进行分析。
With the ongoing restructuring process of state-owned enterprises,the hollowed problem of large stateowned parent company becomes increasingly prominent issue.Especially for those companies that want to list soon,how to make group synergies and economies of scale has become a key point to develop sustainably.Combined with organizational model of large-scale construction enterprises abroad,this article focuses on current problems faced by state-owned construction enterprises and proposes a solution to large state-owned construction enterprises,an effective way to solve the hollowed problems.It also selects a state-owned construction group in Heilongjiang as a case for analysis.
