摘要
目前有关金融租赁的文献中,对其结构化产品进行系统论述的比较少,只有少部分介绍了结构化产品的操作性,尚没有对其进行深入分析,本文将对金融租赁结构化产品进行概述,并对日本、英国以及德国金融租赁结构化产品进行比较分析,最后提出一些能够促进我国金融租赁发展的建议。
Currently,financial leasing system structured products rarely discussed in literature,some introduced structured products,operational,but very few comprehensive introduction,this article will give an overview of the structured products of financial leasing,then to analysis the structured products on Japan,Britain and Germany,and finally we try to find some suggestions onf how to promote the development of China＇s financial leasing.
