摘要
在国际金融危机的冲击下,世界各国纷纷把发展新能源作为应对经济危机的手段和未来战略的新起点。本文首先阐述了国际金融背景下全球新能源发展的新动向,接着分析后危机时期我国发展新能源的必要性,并以太阳能光伏产业为例,探讨了我国新能源产业发展的现状与问题,最后从新能源产业整体和太阳能光伏产业个体等两个层面提出了对策建议。
With the impact of international financial crisis,major countries are using the development of new energy as a tool to overcome the economic crisis and a new starting point for future strategy.This paper first expounds the latest development of worldwide new energy development under the background of international financial crisis,then analyzes the necessity of China＇s development of new energy in the post-crisis era.After that,the paper chooses the Solar PV industry as the example to discuss the current situation and problems of its development and puts forward suggestions for its further development from two levels,the general suggestion and suggestion specific to solar PV industry.
