摘要
以氯化三苯基四氮唑作显色剂，用分光光度法测定尿素软膏中醋酸曲安奈德的含量。在６～２４μｇ／ｍｌ浓度范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率９９．８８％，ＲＳＤ为４．５％，方法简便，结果准确。
The triamcinolone acetonide acetate was spectrophotometrically determined at 485 nm after reacting with triphenyl tetrazolium chloride under alkaline condition. The standard curve was linear in the concentration range of 6￣24 g/ml(r=0.9995) with a recovery of 99.88%.
