摘要
目的了解和掌握通化市各类人群的碘营养状况,为制定碘缺乏病防治对策提供科学依据。方法取监测对象当日任意一次尿10 ml,采用过硫酸铵消化-砷铈催化分光光度法测定尿碘;同时采用统一试卷进行健康教育问卷调查。结果尿碘值<50、50~99、100~199、200~299、300~399、400~499、>500μg/L的人群所占比例分别为0.35%、9.24%、37.55%、31.08%、13.83%、5.94%、0.83%。结论 5类人群的尿碘中位数,均达到尿碘中位数都处于适宜理想状态(100~199μg/L),但还有一定比例人群处于碘摄入不足和补碘过量。
Objective To understand iodine nutrition status in different populations in Tonghua,provide the scientific basis for formulating the preventive measures on iodine deficiency sickness.Methods 10 ml of urine samples were collected and determined by ammonium persulfate digesting.At the same time the health education questionnaire was conducted.Results Urinary iodine values of less than 50 μg/L,50-99 μg/L,over 100-199 μg/L,200-299 μg/L,300-399 μg/L,400-500 μg/L and 500 μg / L occupied for 0.35%,9.24%,37.55%,31.08%,13.83%,5.94% and 0.83%,respectively among the monitored objects.Conclusion Urinary iodine in 5 types of populations has reached the median urinary iodine(100-199 μg/L),but the certain proportion populations are in the under of iodine insufficiency or excess.
